Our training process is…

• Daily and real job situations (Every new knowledge requires support with real experience and job situations. We work together with the teams on the shop floor.)
  
• Coaching (We create a learning and coaching environment to ensure the participants grow in Spanish knowledge daily.)
  
• Multicultural Spanish understanding (Our trainers have the ability to manage high levels of vocabulary through different kinds and origins of Spanish dialects.)
